DANIEL: THE FIERY FURNACE: Global 🌎 Distribution Deal

Big news, including the US release date for our biblical epic

We're thrilled to share with you what Variety exclusively reported today: DANIEL: THE FIERY FURNACE, the biblical epic, is going to theatres on September 11, 2026.

We've signed a distribution deal with EKKL and we can't wait to bring this story to audiences in North America and around the world.

From the article:

EKKL Entertainment have acquired global distribution rights to biblical epic “Daniel: The Fiery Furnace,” starring Mena Massoud (“Aladdin”) and Elijah Alexander (“The Chosen”), which will release in U.S. cinemas in September.

“Daniel: The Fiery Furnace,” which is directed by Canada’s Matthew and Daniel Kooman (“She Has a Name”), is the origin story from the Old Testament of the prophet Daniel against the backdrop of his exile in Babylon.

The faith-based film is produced by the Kooman Brothers with Travis Mann (EP on “I Can Only Imagine”) and Massoud.

We’re so grateful to be one step closer to bringing this epic story to audiences in theatres. Thank you for being part of the journey.

Stay tuned for more announcements and updates!
