NEW EPISODE - How Canada uses assisted dying (MAiD) to source more organ donors than any other country
We explore the shocking reality of Organ Donation Euthanasia in Episode 5
“We do [organ harvesting] the Canadian way. We get nice, depressed people to volunteer their organs and pass them along,” Dr. Will Johnston, Past Chair of the Euthanasia Prevention Coalition recently told UnveilTV.
When we learned that Canada performs more organ transplants from MAiD donors than any country in the world, we knew we had to explore assisted suicide as a source for organs.
"Patients with medical assistance in dying, tend to die fairly quickly," states Dr. Adrian Robertson, on why Organ Donation for Euthanasia is bringing up the organ donation numbers in Canada to record levels.
The search for the truth led us to interview experts, including Dr. Claire Middleton who has worked as an anesthesiologist for more than 25 years.
She shares her concerns that, “If we harvest organs from recipients of MAiD, that validates MAiD and gives it extra justification and perhaps would [push] some vulnerable people… along a path they might not otherwise have considered.”
It’s an important episode and we hope it causes you to think. Learn how Canada uses MAiD to source more organ donors than any other country.
