It really does take a village bringing a film to the big screen. Especially something as big in scale as DANIEL.
We’re grateful to share that our WeFunder campaign is picking up some serious momentum. In the last week, we passed the halfway mark toward our first milestone (of $240K) by reaching $134,261...and counting!

So far we have filmed 10% of the DANIEL movie. The funds we’re raising through the WeFunder crowdfund campaign will help us to complete the next 90% of the film (our overall goal is $1.2M).
If you're wondering how much a production day costs, we have it dialled in with an efficient team in India, where we are capturing the beauty and mystique of ancient Babylon for $42,000 a day.
It might sound expensive, but in film production language its incredibly efficient!
We’re guessing Tom Cruise’s makeup and wardrobe for that stunt at the Olympic Games Closing Ceremony, for instance, cost more than that (*we admit this statistic was made up on the spot).
A recent real world example is that 8 episodes of Season 4 of The Chosen cost $40 Million to produce. That’s $5 million per episode!
We are excited to bring DANIEL to life—an incredible script with incredible production value—in a cost-efficient way.
